Hook of Holland to Lund in 2.5 days (help with route pls)

Hardly RTW, but I've got to go to Lund (Sweden) for work, and figured I'd get out of it what I can.

I'll be getting off the ferry in Holland on Saturday 11th September (2010), and need to arrive in Lund mid afternoon of Monday 13th (plenty of time?).

Traveling back I'll be leaving Lund early Saturday 18th, to be at Hook of Holland ferry port late Sunday 19th (so no sightseeing on the return leg).

I'll be going on my own (rather than the usual pillion), so long days aren't a problem. I just want to get the most out of this trip that I can. Anyone have suggestions for a good route?

The fastest toll free route (according to Google maps) is: Osnabruck, Bremen, Hamburg, Lubeck, (ferry), Copenhagen, Malmo, Lund. Probably this will be dull, but at a push I could do it in a day (more likely a day and a bit).

I did consider going North through Denmark and getting the ferry from Frederickshavn to Gotteborg, and then down to Lund - but is there much going on in Northern Denmark? (I'm told all the Danes go to Sweden to relax).

Any suggestions greatfully received.

Thanks,
Rich

North of Denmark is nice enough, but if you're in a hurry you have to take the motorway and that one isn't too charming.
If you'll driving via Copenhagen you could skip the ferry from Lubeck and go via South of Denmark instead and cross the Storebælt bridge between Fyn an Sjælland.

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
