We are back on Mainland Canada landing in Blanc Sablon a day ago, freshly fueled and about to set off from the port area a guy stopped us in our tracks and advised strongly not to venture on due too intense high winds, I guess the horizontal rain was a dead give away...!! He duly took us too an empty house he had and we holed out for 24hrs. The hospitality is overwhelming wherever we have been so far starting from Halifax.
@Toyark , a thankyou to you Sir for your input on my tracks, I had to giggle at your sneaky 'Bear' markers you snook in on the first Labrador track...!!! I'm using the updated 2020 version you mapped for me, cheers fella.....

Now doing the TCAT French Quebec tracks out in the Bush, loving the remoteness and friendliness of the very seldom folk you meet on these gravel roads...!!

Thumbs up

It was a lot of work Mez- hopefully, it will continue to be useful.
Bear paws were for humour although... there's bound to be a few around... Dibs on the skin if you drop one!
I see you've learned to rest your bike on pebbles...
Good to see my old fuel jerrycan continuing on its adventures!
Stay well & enjoy.

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
