Song Kol was open: it was snowing while I passed Kalmak pass on may 30th, but it was sunny the next morning at the lake and I found just rain while going down through Terskey Torpok and Jobulak passes.
Only tourist yourts were there: no sheperds yet at the lake. Saw some yurts coming up in trucks.
Road from Torkent to Kyzyl Oi: I tried from the Kyzyl Oi side, but after some 15 kms or so a lady told me that the passes were closed. Did not checked myself and backtracked, but the lady looked very sure about the info.
Roads from Naryn to Ak-Tal and to Kazarman were open (did the southern one through Baetov and Ak-Moinok pass)
New road from Kazarman to Aral was open, but scary: perfect tarmac, but a lot of landslides were clearly visible. I would be scared to ride through that road on a rainy day.
Kokomeren/Suusamyr Valley was open and beautiful as usual.
I found some snow on the main road through Too ashuu, but it was already melting on june 3rd

Looks like we went over similar roads at similar timeframe.
I went on that good graded road from Zhany Talap to Kazarman, and then from Kazerman to Jalal-Abad over another pass.. that still had some snow.
