Good question, but I'm afraid the response is no but with a plane.
May be the car in the plane?

Talking chad ennedi 2016

Hello Tony
this kind of snake has the dangerous teeth deep in its throat, they said…
I slit up my feet because I was looking for rock art instead where I should walk !

Roro: We had indeed many more reasons to be afraid when we drove from France, Tunisia, Libya
down to the Ennedi in our own cars in the 90ties, than travelling 2016 with an agency in their cars.
No corrupt custom officers, no unknown minefields, no suspicious vehicles on the smuggler pistes,
no problems with our cars, no serious disputes among the drivers about the « right » direction J

It was really pleasant and relaxing !

travelling in Chad

Hi Gregor - how are you going to travel ?

Important are all the permissions you need to move around, there are
checkpoints everywhere to control these papers!

We started in N'Djamena for Ennedi and Tibesti

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
