s I could ever want! So it is not difficult to get alcohol in Mauritania. Even at a police check point on the way to Atar I was offered Mauritanian woman, but kindly rejected the offer coming from an official. The safety and situation in Mauritania is fine, no bad episodes, I even rode at evening time after sunset. People are nice and welcoming. They even stop to see if you are okay, I you are having a break in the side of the road. The only place I didn't like was Nouakchott!
