If you're talking about the R704 between Agoudal and Boulmane Dadès, I did it in february with a 701 and a friend on a drz400. Its is a around 90kms of gravel trail, but the locals seems to manage to get there with Renault Express and the like, so you should be ok on a bike with knobbies. You can find gas fromdrums in Agoudal, but nothing between agoudal and the start of Dadès gorge : I litteraly mean nothing : No house, nobody there.
It was one of the most beautiful road I found in Morocco ! Quite tiring for my friend who had a broken rib from a previous fall, but the view and feel up here is amazing !
There was no snow in feb. 2019 when I rode here but I guess I was lucky that it didn't fell much this year, I guess it can get pretty extreme if you add a 50cm layer of snow on top of that...
