The clue is in the phrase 'when finished' Used it 6 weeks ago and the concrete was still wet. no white lines showing where to go just a few soldiers waving - nice chaps - I waved back. lots of kiosks for duanne and passport control but only one computer mouse that had to be carried from machine to machine in a velvet bag. Doors wouldn't open and glass was fallling out. to be fair I was first off the boat but by the time I was through they had stamped me in and out again - this caused amusement because the 4x4 was still in. the computers weren't linked then so someone had to manually undo everything . no beauro de change or insurance office and straight out onto the new autoroute which is a toll road. the first fuel station takes euros and the will give you change in dihrams. it was about 2 am so I just put the roof tent up and had coffee and crosoints in the morning from the new restaurant. washing facilities too. the new king officially open the port last week so it will be perfect!
