Africa Twin fork seals south of Nador

Hello,

We have just arrived on the Nador ferry and need fork seals for an Africa Twin. Can anyone recommend someone likely to have them in stock between Nador and Taza?

Thanks

Patrick.

There's not much between Nador and Taza other than villages. I would take it to one of the little moped places in Nador and see if they can clean the seals (sometimes it's grit in the seals).

In stock is rather asking a lot!Tim is right..

A ring around might help if you know what size they are.
Uisng Google maps, it brings this lot up in Nador.

I found fork seals in some unlikely-looking places, so you never know. I've also had good luck with the sliver-of-coke-bottle-or-old-credit-card cleaning trick. And I've learned to bring spare fork seals on long journeys; sometimes I include replacement front brake pads for the ones which invariably get contaminated by the time I notice my leaky seal.

Glib advice for the OP: If or when you find your seals, buy an extra set.

No luck finding new deals so we are going to try the coke tin/plastic bottle cleaning trick and see how that goes.

Thanks very much for all the comments.
