Mhhh... in a 140-80-18 format there are the Michelin Baja too that are excellent dual purpose tyres, but...
... here in Europe police is a little concerned with bikes with wrong size of tyres... they often take your bike's homologation sheet and send you to the TUV (here in Italy "Motorizzazione") to a severe inspection of your vehicle... :-/ Very unpolite of them ;-)
Insurance is unpolite too so, if you have an accident with a vehicle not compliant with the homologation sheet, they don't pay for the damages... :-|
BTW Metz Karoos don't give you woobling? I've tested them, but I've found that tyre awfull: over 130 Km/h rear wheel seems soap! :-(
