OK.
I'm 5'2 but have a 29" inside leg - it's that which counts.
If you're not doing anything difficult then almost any small bike would be fine with the right tyres and attitude -there's a HU woman touring on a VanVan & there's plenty of owners of Honda C90's here too. Think small but expand the search.
You may think 100-125ccs is too slow but the Serow is happiest below 50mph (70kmh) and any small cc bike would do that.
I don't know the rules about buying a bike in Turkey but unless there is a specific reason to visit Turkey, perhaps keep to countries of the EU where there are no border crossings?
Be sure you can buy insurance and that your travel insurance covers riding a motorcycle abroad too
