Nissan
If anyone is thinking of using a Nissan but wonders about off road capability, dont. I was on a back road the other day and wound up pushing mud with my frame. I never got stuck. BTW it is an 03 frontier 4x4 with no modes including the less than ideal stock tires. The frontier and xterra are the same vehicle frame, front end, and I think suspention so they should do very well. With a couple of upgrades like better tires, winch etc no telling where it would go.
Years ago I had a 1988 Nissan hardbody 4x4 and it did very well off road as well.
