Depends if you mean hidey spots for tidiness or discretion.
On my Transalp, I have a "tooltube" bolted under the top-box plate. In there are all the tools I need for most jobs. Circlipped to the pannier rack is a length of drainpipe with end plates where I keep a can of puncture repair spray. In the top-box is a puncture repair kit and circlipped to the rack, under the top-box but behind the pillion are two tyre levers.
None of these are hidden, but they keep stuff out of the way yet accessible.
On my TDM, as it has a key-released seat, I tucked a smaller, but quite comprehensive tool kit under the seat, along with a tubeless repair kit.
That of course is entirely out of sight and also hard to access without my key.
Alternatively, just carry a well-fed credit card!
