Question Mechanical Help in Guatemala Required

Hi Everyone
Sadly I'm not currently in Guatemala but two riders from Iowa are; the Naylor brothers - Ross and Seth are riding Trans Am raising funds for World Riders Foundation. This is their first trip out of the USA and they've been doing well.
However one of their bikes has had a major problem - pistons and stuff and they are now searching for a reliable mechanic in Guatemala.
They're in Coban but will be trucking the broken down bike to Antigua/Guatemala City today 15th December.
Does anyone have any recommendations for this part of the world?
The bike is a Honda XR650.
Here's a link to their ride

Many thanks in advance for help or if anyone is in the area for some moral support.

I’d think the best bet would be Honda Powerhouse Zona 10 in Guatemala City. Boulevar Los Proceres 27, Guatemala. Tel: +502 2244-3838
It’s a really nice Honda dealer with great mechanics - they’ve worked on my Africa Twin.

Or if in Antigua, stop by Moto Repuestos CMA at Avenida La Recolección No. 55 Local 3 - it’s right behind the bus station and market. When they’re open, they have lots of bikes lined up out front - sorta hard to notice otherwise.

Thanks Guys
I'll pass those onto Ross and Seth. Hopefully they will get it sorted and be on the road again soon.
Thanks again

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
