Right, Thanks ChrisJ86, I WAS partly right, to stop the Alcohol evaporating they have to mix it with the cyclodextines, all well and good. but, it still doesn t stop the other problem does it? the problem of strength? if 0.25 litre or 250 ml of water is mixed with the packet, you get a drink, ( approx half a pint) of 4,8% alcohol, thats equal to a pretty good Beer. half the water and you double the strength to 9.6% thats Carlsberg Special Brew territory......
Now further on in the Wikipaedia it says that these drinks are marketed at the "Youth" Market...... what Teen ever follows the instructions? I can only see trouble 'brewing' here........what started life as a good idea (Campers, climbers, adventures etc) seems to have been turned to the teen market once again.... is that because they have more disposable income?
