I’m currently in Argentina and finishing up this 7 month trip hopefully by the end of July. Planning on ending in Santiago Chile, but can work something out if buyer is located in Argentina too. This bush pig has made it down 12 countries and counting, without any faults. It crossed 5 of those countries riding 2up. I’m the second owner, bought the bike when it had 3000 miles and have maintained it myself since. Regular oil changes every 3k, filter cleans, carb cleans, and oil/lubing etc. Last year I replaced the left mirror / indicators with those of an old triumph so they do not match the right side. It all works. Everything is listed below and at the end I have extra gear I’m trying to sell in addition to the bike- most of the gear is discounted but things like the rotopax/aux lights are normal price because I would plan on just buying them again when I got home. Asking $3500 usd for the bike.

Upgrades/Accessories:
-Acerbis 5.3 gal see through Tank
-ProTaper handlebars
-BikeMaster heated grips
-Bark Buster handguards
-Upgraded Front springs: Progressive fork springs
-Upgraded Rear shock: Procycle spring and Race Tech Gold Valve Kit
-Procycle/Motomule luggage rack (sides and back)
-Moose ADV1 30 liter soft saddlebags
-Wolfman Tank bag
-Aux light bracket underneath headlight
-Warp9 Skid Plate with Line-X (noise reducer)
-LED headlight bulb (standard H4 connector)
-Battery Tender cable / SAE cable

Maintenance:
-Oil changed every 3000 miles (5000km) along with air filter clean.
-valves every 9000m
-New battery installed in January when I started this trip.
-Nsu screw lock
-Countershaft Seal Retainer
-Kickstand sensor has been disabled
-About to install new DID chain in next couple days
-About to change brake pads in next couple days
-About to install new Metzeler Tourance rear tire and will probably end with that tire.
-Front tire is a Heidenau K60 Scout. Currently still has a lot of tread. Will probably end with that tire too.

Extras:
Throwing these spares in if I don’t end up using them.
-Front tire tube
-Rear tire tube
-Clutch cable
-Throttle Cable
-3 clutch plates
-Chain clean / lube sprays
-Carb cleaner
-Fix a flat
-Grease/lubes

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
