For Sale: Honda CRF300l & CRF300l Rally - Colombia, September 2024
What: 2021 CRF300l & 2021 CRF300Rally
Where: Columbia
When: September 2024
Cost: $4500 each. (Luggage negotiable but not included in price)
Who's ready to start their October 2024 South America tour? We bought these Hondas new in Oregon USA for our 2023-2024 Portland to Patagonia trip which is coming to an end October 2024. These bikes are great adventure bikes and have plenty of adventure miles left in them.
Wendy has the rally. It’s lowered with a Kuba link and low seat concept seat, but is otherwise stock. Of the two, it has better aerodynamics, and gets somewhat better fuel economy. Wendy has adventure spec “side racks” to give a little more support to her reckless 80 luggage.
Josh has a CRF300l. It has rally raid “level 2” suspension giving it an extra inch in height. It also has an aftermarket rally tower and a 3.5 gallon tank from a 300 Rally. The side plastics are a little rough, but it has a locking gas cap which is a bonus over aftermarket tanks. Because it’s less aerodynamic, and josh’s weight and luggage he gets slightly worse fuel economy. Although not having the rally fairing makes some cleaning and maintenance tasks a little easier. The plastics are less brittle on the 300l and less prone to cracking in a crash. Josh has traditional side racks with a rotopax, adventure spec Magadan soft bags and a locking pelican case top box.
They both have the typical “farkle”. Bark busters, skid plates, and heated grips. No power mods, to preserve fuel economy and reliability.
Let us know if you are interested in one or both. They are ready to ride!

If you have trouble selling Wendy's bike I'm interested.
I'm interested in the bargain basement price, because I live in Medellin, so it would be expensive to go to Ecuador every so often to keep it on the tvip.
Thanks

Membership - help keep us going!
Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
