Adventure ready KTM 690 - Alaska

KTM 690 – Soldotna Alaska

Up for sale is my Alaskan registered, adventure ready 2012 KTM 690. The bike has approximately 11,000 miles (17,000km) and comes will all the gear you need to start a trip. I finished riding up to Deadhorse Alaska late last year and have left the bike with a friend in Soldotna 2 hours south of Anchorage as I had to return to work in Australia.

Features of this bike include:
• Brand new engine*
• Happy trails pannier racks
• Touring windscreen
• Wolfman tank bag
• Wolfman saddle bags
• Barkbusters
• Touratech wide sidestand
• Touratech rear luggage rack
• 12v USB charger
• Wide footpegs
• Alaskan registration

*I dusted the engine during the ride back from Deadhorse, turns out there was a recall on the airbox so KTM supplied a brand new engine which was installed by The Motorcycle Shop in Anchorage over the winter.

Looks like a great deal Sam! Nice bike tour ready! Good luck with sale!

Curious how many miles/Km the new engine has on it? And what year engine has been installed? I know KTM has made some significant upgrades to the 690 engine in 2016.

Someone needs to jump on this bike ... and GO!

New 690's are over $10,000 USD.

The new engine was installed in December 2017, it only has a couple hundred miles on it. I have a buddy in AK who is giving it a ride once a week to keep her turning over. She's ready to roll!
