Ireland - Caponord Etv1000 2006 For Sale

Hello fellow travellers, For Sale in IRELAND.

My beloved 2006 Aprilia Caponord Etv 1000 with ABS.

This bike has been trouble free for me in my ownership mostly thanks to the care and attention to detail of the previous owner.

Last year it brought me around the complete coast of Ireland and in good weather too along with several other memorable trips.

The bike has been just serviced and is ready to go. If your visiting I can help you with registration and insurance to get you going.

Current mileage is 33000mls.

It has a long list of extras and upgrades with all of the iffy Italian/French electrics fixed or removed.

Kappa pannier frames.
Hyper pro front spring upgrade
Good ridge stainless brake hoses all round
Puig touring screen and adjustable lip
Optimate battery conditioner lead
Hepco and Becker crash bars
Touratech rad cover stainless
Kappa 38lt panniers
Electric Scottoiler
Fender extender front
Gear change extender
Remapped by catfish to give better bottom/mid range power
Tailored seat cover
Suzuki style mirrors
Upgraded battery
New starter solenoid
HD starter cables kit fitted
New alternator German
Upgraded reg/rectifier Honda
Clocks upgraded
GPR exhaust cans fitted
Spare new ignition coil
Billet clutch servo
LED spots
Heated grips
ABS model type 3
Volt meter fitted
Accessories socket plugin
Stainless quick release fuel connectors upgrade.
Brown troublesome electrical connectors removed.

If you have managed to get this far and have done your research on this bike from the above you'll know it's a good one.
Price €4000 euro ono.

Aprilia owners club member too.
Will get pics up as soon as I can... its Black by the way.
email me or PM me through the site if your serious.

Yes, for sale in Ireland.

I am happy to help export it once funds have cleared or help with trip planning within Ireland.

I see you are looking for a bike in Spain... if you were to buy mine I could get the bike via ferry to Santander in Northern Spain for you to collect off the boat.......... There are ways to accomplish most tasks.

If your serious, fly into Shannon Airport, I'll collect you..... have a look at the bike.... if your happy....buy it and bring it with you.....
OR
Ride it....buy it.... fly away again and I'll make sure its on the ferry to Spain for you to collect the other side.

If its not for you, thats OK too...I will drop you back to the airport and home.

There is trust involved in every transaction we make. When I bought the bike the weather was so bad I couldnt travel to see it. I bought it anyway based on my trust of the seller......It was perfect, better than he described in fact....and hasn't given me a problem since thankfully.

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
