UK to Russia and shipping to Australia
Hi! I'm also about to set off on my big adventure and will be driving from the UK through to Russia, Mongolia and onto Vladivostok for shipping to Australia.
I hope to be in Vladivostok for September 2012 and am looking to arrange the shipping.
Is there anyone around that would want to share a container?
Or if not I'd be grateful to you if anyone could forward any shipping info/advice you have.
Thanks
J

Hi there
Will hopefully reply in the next day or so. On the road at the moment (cycling) so getting from A to B is taking a bit longer.
We're having a rest day tomorrow, so will hopefully be able to post soem details.

No worries man. I saw you were out of country after posting.
No rush. I never actually expect a response when I email people questions as it is them doing you a great favour and in all likelyhood had to deal with what you are asking 1st hand and put up with the hassle and time consuming effort.

Membership - help keep us going!
Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
