Well mate..
That all seems like your piston rings aren't sealing anymore...
As a result, the engine oil gets pulled into the combustion and is throw out of exhaust and it's typically blue smoke.
A little smoke at cold is kinda of normal but once it warms up it should stop smoking...
One question...How many km or miles does your bike have now?
I think you are safer if you overhaul your engine...
If the crank and conrod have been replaced so should have been the crank and conrod bearings!
Piston and piston rings should've also been replaced if it had that much smoke coming out of it before....
Also, the camshaft chain, sprocket and tensioner should be checked or replaced...
As far as the engine gaskets...
Use only OEM gaskets...
Yes they are more expensive than those kits out there but it is much better!
