Yes but you probably wont want to.
An engine with carbs can be jetted for alcohol, ie you need a complete rejet (I think the jet sizes are +/- twice the size of petrol jets - cant buy, will have to drill). But then you won't be able to run normal petrol... Also there is the possibility that you will need to change the ignition curve and excessive heat may be a problem too.
And then what do you have? Alot of money and time spent getting it working right, a decrease in value and then only being able to travel in areas with E85 freely avaliable.
IMHO E85 is only an option for 'flexifuel' vehicles, saving money on fuel for me requires a more economical bike!
