I use of these for a huge number of jobs from carrying water from river/taps/whatever to tent / wash clothes etc etc. They make a perfect loo for both sexes.
TIP - place Ortleib inside plastic bag to avoid contamination, make a wee (sorry about pun!) nest with few sheets of loo paper.
Next morning hold edges of plastic and fold over, tie knot and dispose of.
If using bio-degradable bags it is not eco-unfriendly.
Beats going out of the tent at night IMHO, in rain/mozzies etc- I'd rather stay in once cosy. Maybe old age is beginning to show!!
For 'Numero uno's', Hombres are better off using a one litre polycarbonate bottle as it makes a nice hot water bottle afterwards- Do make sure lid firmly closed.... else you get a Dazzer moment!
