Hi Stefan,
I was just coming onto the HUBB to see if anyone wanted to share a container for shipping
I have a small 4x4 3.6m long (Suzuki Sierra)
I spoke to ANL the other day and they informed me that my 4x4 + 1 motorbike would fit in the container no worries. They said there may be a problem with tie down points so will just have to double check that.
I was looking a leaving around the 1st of July
I'm still waiting to here back from ANL on prices (I will call them again tomorrow) but they seem pretty helpful.

Hey,
thanks for your reply!
yeah that looks quiet pricey to me as well. But i understood right that we could share the cost between us?
I might have to ship a bit earlier. Is 01.06 possible for you too?
Do you know when you can get your car out of customs in Darwin? Sometimes you read its just a couple of days, sometimes 3 weeks...
Where are you now?
regards
Stefan

I think I have misread your post
Are you wanting to ship from Darwin to Dili or from Dili to Darwin?
I'm heading from Darwin to Dili
And the earliest I could be ready is 7 July
Cheers
SZ

I am planning to do the shipping from Dili to Darwin, but not until around august.
If you for some reason postpond or have a delay with your shipping plans I could be in. Will follow this thread...

Hey there I would be interested in joining a shipment from Dilli to Darwin. I am aiming for last week of July if possible. I recently heard the shipping can take three weeks, since it goes via Singapur...I would like to reach Darwin no later the Aug.10th...please contact me if this timeframe would be suitable for you...cheers...Dr.Notch

Good that you have sorted things out and arranged your shipping Fayus. Unfortunately a couple of months too early for me.
May I know the cost and which shipping company you used? And contact persons/email/tlfnumbers?
I am planning to arrive Dili the later half of August and then plan to ship to Darwin. So if anyone else plan the same in the same timeframe - maybe we could join forces. Also first part of september is a possibility.
