Crossing San Luis below Yuma AZ
Hi Katie Beth
I make the crossing to Mexico today (18th Oct). Basic plan is to head for Hermosillo then on to Creel for a quick look at Copper Canyon and south from there. Hopefully I can meet up with you.
Regards Ben

You know, "safety in numbers." At least this is what we plan to tell our families. Our dates and departure location (ie. border crossing) are flexible given enough time.
My husband rides a Honda 650 XR and I ride a Kawasaki KLR 250 (Lois Pryce style!) We travel casually but can cover ground if we need to. Set up for on or off-road riding. We've been on the road since June so are in the riding groove.
Let me know if you are interested or have similar travel plans.
Cheers,
Katie

I'll be traveling to the Copper Canyon sometime in November or December. If you would like to ride together, please let me know.

Planning to cross the Mexican border this Friday, Saturday, Sunday or early next week
We are planning to cross the border in Nogales by the end of this week or early next week. Anyone interested to meet and ride together for a while through Mexico ? I ride a BMW 1200gs and my wife rides a BMW F650GS, so our pace is not crazy quick !
Let us know !
Cheers

Hi
Hi Katie,
I'm taking off from Florida in the next couple of days and would be delighted to meet up with you guys on route. I'm driving a KLR and can't wait to hit the road. See you South, hopefully!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
