I have just taken a look and it is an American company, you might want to check first they cover people from the UK.

yes they do. it just looks to good. they ask no questions about health unlike other companies i have used and tried to get quotes from.
But i used navigator last time and they never paid up and i ended up with a bill from the USA. I am still arguing it but will probably end up paying it as i don't want any problems entering the states in the future.

Depending on where you're from the cover varies. For EU citizens I believe it is repatriation only, not medical expenses.

I don't know yet I have not got to the bottom of it yet. But as I got he demand from the USA debt collection company well after my ins had expired it seems to be on everyones back burner. The hospital has stopped asking the debt collection has stopped asking since I re sent them all my details and asked for an actual bill that i could present to my insurance company. Maybe it got paid or maybe they just gave up. It was only about $300 so I would not be too bothered if I had to pay it. Just don't want to turn up in the states one day in the future and get turned away cos of some cock up on insurance(don't know if thats possible either).

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
