"I will never take on Mexico City, again, without a working GPS..."
Twice, on separate trips, I had problems with my GPS and spent hours trying to get through Mexico City. The second time I tried my best to take the toll road around the city, but somehow I missed the turn off and next thing I know Mexico City is staring me in the face.
Add a one hour delay for a street demonstration, then stopping for food and all told it took about four to five hours to get to the other side of the city, as the sun went down, then it started to rain... Here is the screen shot of the route (GPS trace) through Mexico City.
