I have done this route in 2002. No problems just a bit muddy same times. Crossing French Guyana Brazil invloves crossing seven rivercrossings. But they were building a road in march 2002 when I was there. But when the road is finished there is still a couple rivercrossings which can be done by localfisherman canoe with a motorbike but nor with a car. Crossing Brazil to the caost in Britisch Guyana should be done in the dry season or it will be very muddy. From the border lethem, last fuel stop till Linden. There should be lotst of english info on the Bulletin Boarb or web. There were I found my info before setting off. Check my website your route and pics. All info in dutch. Will translate into English same day....
good luck
Mark
