Pasando frontera boliviana con movilidad

Hoy, ayer, anteayer estaba ocupado con otras cosas. Primero se me apagaron las luces y como puedes ver, en Bolivia y tal vez en otros países de plumas se vende cosas como estas que dice NERVA y no NARVA. Bueno, las cambié y prometo darme cuenta la próxima. Las necesitaba porque tuve que salir madrugando sin luz del día para tratar de hacer una diferencia en Bermejo para mis paisanos. Entraron entre 5 por Puerto Suarez y en la Mamora los bolivianos les quitaron su casa rodante. Es la única casa que tienen o mejor dicho que tenían. Son turistas, vienen a Bolivia para pasar la voz en Europa de que Bolivia es el país mas maravilloso de Latino America. Para entrar al pais no encontraron ni aduana ni migración y uno debe saber (supongo) que tramites tendrás que buscar en Santa Cruz(?). Bueno, por no portar su estadía temporal, Bolivia considera que son de contrabando. La gente de los países de 'no pluma' piensa que si la ley no acompaña el buen sentimiento de uno mismo, entonces que la amplia, que hagan diferenciar entre contrabando y unos turistas ignorantes. En Europa uno va de un extremo al otro sin papeleo y que hace el Mercosur, no mucho en este sentido obviamente. En las fotos se ve que están haciendo un inventario. Una movilidad, lógico, pero en la otra foto también están haciendo inventario, entre todos los Bolivianos decidieron de decomisar los 2 millones de calzoncillas femininas y contarlas. Que tal. Existe el conteo por unidad pero todavía de peso! En otra foto hay 2 hermosas motos y las decomisaron porque no salieron del país dentro del tiempo permitido (de medio año). No les queda más que escoger entre los libros del colégio casero, lo que uno decide dejar. A pie no se lleva todo.

El idioma oficial del HUBB es el Inglés, por favor trata de postear de nuevo lo que quieres decir, comentar o preguntar en este idioma. Siendo incluso el Español mi lengua madre me es casi imposible entender tu posteo original, o a que apuntas.

I gave up trying to translate and used google, it struggled as well. Not sure what the lights had to do with it but someone lost their home and some bikes were impounded because they overstayed ?

The man is saying that bolivian customs are a shit, that the country is a dump, that bolivian spares, are counterfeit, that javcap should understand spanish, that if you exceed your stay they will take your bike and steal the bing carb, if you enter the country and can't find customs because the stupid country doesn't always have an office building at the border, they will take your motorhome...the perverts are into counting smuggled knickers one by one.

I'll assume that Javier and Antonio have a better command of Spanish and having extensively travelled in Bolivia myself, I feel that the OP doesn't know his bottom from the bit that connects the lower bit to the top bit of his arm. Bolivia, apart from charging nearly 3x the price of fuel to Gringos as compared to locals, is a great place with great people. Lots of bike with loud pipes too. They must like Harleys.

In 1867, the British ambassador to Bolivia fell afoul of its dictator, Mariano Melgarejo, by refusing a glass of chicha, a cloudy drink based on fermented maize. Opting for cocoa instead, the ambassador got more than he asked for: Melgarejo, incensed, forced him to drink an entire bowl of liquid chocolate. He then paraded him three times around La Paz’s main square, tied up and seated back to front on a donkey [1], before shipping him back to London.

When the disgraced ambassador related his story to Queen Victoria, she was not amused [2] at all. Her Majesty resolved to have the Royal Navy bombard Bolivia’s capital in retaliation. Consulting a map of South America, she soon discovered that La Paz lay far inland on the Andean altiplano [3], well beyond the reach of British cannon. So she simply marked the offending country with an X, pronouncing: “Bolivia does not exist” [4].

Both before and after that infamous incident, forces inside and outside of the South American country have been hard at work to grant Victoria’s wish. Over the approximately 200 years of its independence [5], Bolivia has lost about half its original territory. Comparing a map of this “Greater Bolivia” to one of the country’s present incarnation, it’s as if somebody cut off three of Bolivia’s limbs — or rather two limbs, in the southeast and southwest, and a curious, flat-top hat in the north [6].

Nerva/Narva, my headlights burn quickly, even with a good lamp. I found out that the intensity of the light varies and I think it is for that reason they burn so easily. Anyone has an idea why headlamp's brightness goes up and down. If I can sort that out, I probably won't see them burn so quickly.
