Land Rover Defender 90, fully equiped – UK

Land Rover Defender 90, Fully equipped and ready to go – UK (Yorkshire)
We have owned this vehicle for 10 years so know it well. In 2010 we kitted it for overlanding and have done four African trips since then and lived in it for over 12 months so it’s well sorted. Being a 90 it rides and handles better than a 110 (we have traveled Africa in a 110 too) and there are no electronics so most things could be fixed in the bush. The engine runs on the lowest grades of diesel or even cooking oil! It is fully equipped, including air conditioning, and ready to go so you need little more than your tooth brush! Comes with full MOT and service and as much advice as you care to listen to!
It has never let us down and served us well so it seems a shame for it not to keep on travelling (which it just loves). A bargain at £8,500.

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
