4x4 Camper overland truck for sale

Manchester UK ,24500 GBP
I need to move this on ,so offers around the original price, anything considered, maybe even a swap + some cash.
Renault S75/ Reynold Boughton (RB44 Commercial version)

This is ‘Merlin’ he has been in our family for over 15 years and my children have grown up travelling around enjoying a fantastic childhood with him ,from Christmas in the Sahara to Land rover races and even Pony Shows at castles.
sadly the children have grown up and now its time for someone else to enjoy Merlin's charms.

Merlins personal details:-
He has not had a hard life with only 81,00 miles on his clock but he has been used and loved and shows signs of a family enjoying it to it full.
The heavy duty box came with the truck as did factory fitted winch , which is a Reynold Boughton 10 tonne Hydraulic with 90 metres of rope.
Engine is a Perkins Phazer 110T turbo with 110 Hp
Power steering
Hi/Lo transfer box
Permanent four wheel drive
Rear locking differential ‘Detroit locker’ which is locked all the time and unlocks when it needs to, fully automatic.
All the tyres are Michelin XZL 255/100 16 the fronts have covered 20k miles the rear where new this year (2017) , the front have plenty of tread on them and can be regrooved.
What is the difference between a Renault S75 and a RB44 military vehicle?
1. The wheel base is 145” on the S75 and 127” on the RB44 , that’s an extra 18” of space
2. GVW is 6000 kg on the S75 and 5500kg on the RB44
3. GVT is 9500 KG so you can tow a 3500kg trailer
4. The rear axle is the 7.5T HD version instead of the lightweight version on the military version

The S75 commercial version is also a lot more civil inside with soundproofing and comfy seats,
Other specifications for Merlin
TGV train air horn ( very very loud) and a normal horn
Water tanks
1x 100 Litre
1 x 60 Litre
Grey water 25 litre

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
