As long as it's clearly registered in your name, you should have no issue anywhere that I know of.

You are assuming the USA car will arrive at Tanger Med. You would need to confirm that with the shipping company, I don't think Wallenius Lines or any of the other transatlantic Ro-Ro ferries call in at North Africa, so you would probably have to have it shipped in a container.

What you've not mentioned is that the vehicle you intend importing is a salvage title car. And that you then intend importing it permanently into Morocco by way of pretending to sell it to your wife's relatives who will subsequently let you drive it whenever you visit.

I already told you on your Tripadvisor thread that you should have no problem with the *temporary import* of a USA vehicle into Morocco so long as it's road legal and you have clear title. But as I commented on your thread, the costs of shipping the vehicle to Morocco, then the costs of having someone handle the importation (you need an agent for this as you won't be accompanying the vehicle), and then the costs of paying the import duties so you can sell it as you plan, are almost certainly going to be a ton more expensive that either having your wife's relatives buying a car directly in Morocco, or you buying a LHD vehicle in Germany and then driving it in yourself.

(But you would have to do the latter via Sete or Genoa ports as the Spanish ports are still not open for sailings to Morocco.)

I hope this time I am successful in persuading you this is not a viable scheme.

Thanks Tim for info really appreciate. Shipping method: RoRo,Pickup from: Booth, TX 77469
Ship from: Freeport, TX,Ship to: Tangier, Morocco..I guess the quote is reasonable Too but like you said I won’t be accompany the vehicle on arrival I will need agent to process the temporary import ? as for the salvage title car is fixed ,and going to Re-registered In USA...till then I am looking at options Of selling to sell in USA /or import temporary for now and pay tax to keep it in Morocco permanently ...cuz I have no use of lhd vehicle in Uk ...I will get quotes for Sete or Genoa ports and see what comes up ...And wait for the border to open for sailing
