Instead, as they come in, we post them up, and a day or two before the event we get an approximate schedule worked out, but it's never locked in stone until we actually see the whites of their eyes. We've tried for years to get it better, but given the nature of motorcycle travellers, that's the best we can do, so we make no promises! Go with the flow and have fun!
