Smile HU Russia 2018 from Jun 21-24 extra day!

Great news! Alex and Olesya plus their team, Kate and Nikolay, will host the 2nd HU Russia Meeting from Jun 21-24, 2018. NOTE the extra day for those coming from far away! Fantastic location in Valday National Park, Korotsko, Russia in a great riding area convenient to Moscow and St. Petersburg. Online registration is now open with early bird rates!

Typical comment from 2017: "Well done - very nice Location and great participators. Thanks to Olesya, Alex, Tim, Niko and all the other supporters for the perfect organization. I will always remember the Russian Sauna..."

This is your opportunity to make new connections with riders in Russia / interested in Russia; to get up to date information about motorcycle travel in Russia from real travellers. Learn about the best places to visit, the most picturesque roads to ride - the Road of Bones, the Trans-Siberian route, BAM, Baikal, Altay and many more. This will also be a good introduction to local cuisine, customs and hospitality.

Registration fee is 75 euro (and up to 95 if you decide to join right before the event).
It’s way too high for regular travelers. Add accommodation and food expenses on top of it and you easily end up with 200-250 euro hole in your wallet.

Just back from HU Russia 2018.
Here is what I got for my registration:

Free camping in a nice spot.
Free soft drinks, water and during presentation times.
Free tasty dinner every evening.
Free tea, sweets and cookies every evening.
Free banja every day.
Guided rides on and off-road every day.
Enduro Training.
Interesting presentations.

Chance to order low priced breakfast and lunch in local restaurant.

Well organized meeting and russian hospitality in a very nice location.

Can not see anything wrong on registration fee for western travelers.
But lot of money for most of Russians and people from eastern Europe.

Defenitly want to go there again.

Just my 2cents

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
