Jim, German is not like the crap you get at home! It's made according to a purity law. I too gave up after the swill I was offered in Scotland, until I got hold of German ! In fact you can't sell British pish in Germany - it's illegal.

PSI know several Scots who don't drink alchohol.......

I will be ther. At the moment I am in the south of France getting a bit wet. I signed up for Tintaldra but couldn't make it as my bike shipment was brought forward. But I'll put in my order for good weather now.

See you there

Kenny

OOoooPs sorry! I'm actually far from being sexist - rather the opposite. And that was meant to be in praise of women who are fully capable of shelf building and grasscutting etc. In fact it's good to see them with overalls and riggers belt on, looking great. I dont want to be in any trouble with Mrs Gt so why dont you look me up in Hi-Hi-Hi Heidelberg and I'll give you and Mrs GT a good German gottle of geer. She will also find out that I am not an evil monster but non threatening and peaceful.

I wont arrive till Saturday. I may not look my absolute best as I will be sleeping in a hedge somewhere on Friday night. Alas.

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
