Ive got back a couple of weeks ago from a UK to Finland and return via Estonia.
In Estonia (in Parnu) we found a bikers bar camp site (only it wasnt for tents) but they had fab wooden huts with 2 single beds and a heater too !! it cost about £22 a night for a hut. The bar was fab, the food was better and the was even better !!
In Latvia we found a small farm that charged us £3 per tent, cheap clean and basic.
In Lithunia we camped at a large site on a lake that borders the old bit of russia, Poland and Lithunia. I think it was about £7 per tent. very clean and very peaceful.
I also stopped at Colditz (in fact it was that nice I stayed for 2 nights).
It took the best part of 2 days to get thru poland, the roads are horrible !!!! average was about 40 miles per hour !! even the new motorway (toll by the way) was closed to 1 lane for repairs
its not too far off your route prob only a couple of hours if you use the autobahn.
Hope this helps, feel free to ask more questions
Cheers
Will
