Honda Varadero Cush Drive rubbers

I am currently in Sinop. My cush drive rubbers on the Varadero are worn and clanging (for the want of a better word). We did take the wheel off and put strips of inner tube along them but I am still getting the noise, though not as bad.
I am looking for a set somewhere between here and Ireland, I am travelling to north of Istanbul tomorrow, then Motocamp Bulgaria and then Serbia, Hungary, Austria, Germany, France and the UK.
Anyone know a good mechanic who could lay their hands on a set, SD01 Vara

In Austria, close to the Hungarian border. I ordered parts last week on my trip and collected next day. Mechanic just down the road from the shop if you need one.

Okay be worse than expected. My rear sprocket has worn badly and I think the noise I hear is the chain trying to jump. I am at a loss as Austria maybe too far and I have no recovery this Far East

Glad you're sorted out, I just saw your thread. We could send you parts for no extra cost, and arrange an excellent mechanic if you do not want to work with our tools in our garage of Lobagola B&B | design bed & breakfast in the center of Zagreb

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
