You just put ordinary warm gloves underneath and live with the fact you can't operate the switches  That wasn't so much of a problem when bikes only had a dipswitch and a button for a horn that didn't work but modern stuff can be a bit more difficult.
Marry them up with a couple of cut down 5L plastic containers as handlebar muffs and that's all you need
