My name is Peter. I am a new resident of Ulaanbaatar and I like to ride motorcycles. I would really like to ride my motorcycle all over this wide-open country. So, that is the plan. I hope many of you out there will join me and share your experience. The idea, I think, is to live and learn from each other.
DriveTheDales.com - a New website with information on scenic rides and walks in England’s Yorkshire Dales.
The Yorkshire Dales are one of the world’s most spectacular natural locations attracting over 12 million visitors a year. The Yorkshire Dales National Park covers 683 square miles of river valleys and rolling hills, with isolated hamlets of stone cottages linked by a network of steep and winding narrow lanes. Wild moorland roads cross the high ground linking the various dales, following ancient routes once travelled by pack horse trains.
The perfect location for rides through some amazing countryside, enjoyed by thousands of bikers every year. The site guides you on some of the most spectacular routes, and hidden lanes. It highlights the tourist hot spots, but also takes you to quiet backwaters where you'll feel you're the only vehicle for miles around. Indeed, you probably are!
Olson says: "I can never stop thinking about the next trip. My wife and I are expecting a new Baby this spring and I know that I may be homeward bound for awhile. By getting involved in this community I feel maybe I can meet some fellow travelers and live vicariously through them during my baby sabbatical. I'm very knowledgeable about travel in Mexico and can provide a nice backyard for tent camping (showers too) and a nice garage for wrenching in."

My name is Rafal and I'm living in south of Poland, near Krakow and in close proximity of Czech and Slovakian border.
Interested in travelling myself (4x4 camper). Been to UK for 7 years and moved back to my own place in Poland in 2011. If You are thinking about visiting south of Poland, Krakow etc drop me a line and hopefully I will be able to help.
I can offer space to park the bikes, a little mechanical help and use of a decent workshop. I can also offer camping for free for quite a few folk (biig garden :) or if its really bad weather I have a spare small quest room that you could have. It`s a small village so you will have quiet time here.
Easy access to Krakow (15km) and you could use the bus to get there and back to save you the traffic. Quite close to Auschwitz museum (I know lot of people wants to see this).
Anyway, safe travelling and see You some time hopefully.

My name is Damian Galvin & after leaving my dream Engineering job at Aston Martin Ltd in the uk, I set up White Mountain Property in Brasov, Transylvania. But I haven't lost my petrol-headed roots! I'm an ex UK member of HU & am happy to help any passing bikers as best I can. So if you need to re-weld your frame, change a tyre, or rebuild the engine, I usually know someone who can help. I myself broke down in my landrover at the top of the Transfagaras mountain road, 25km from the main hightway & knowing where to get a tow truck to get me back to Brasov made a massive difference to the experience.
Brasov, Bran, Moieciu, Fundata, Transfagarasan, Pestera etc are truly incredible places to visit & I highly recommend it as a bikers prime destination. As an avid bike traveller (I have an Africa Twin, DR800 & a had GS1100), I live in (gorgeous) Brosov (google it), near the centre of transylvania & am happy to help with anything from a free safe to leave you bike overnight while you stay in a town hotel to finding you affordable holiday villa rental in the midst of incredible biker routes. One such villa is only 500meters away from the excellent but maybe expensive 'MotoRom' KTM centre near Bran Castle. So you can use the centre by day or half day & get me to find you a villa for you or a group to stay in. http://www.craiasabranului.com.
For some people, travelling thru Colombia by road is supposed to be a very dangerous endeavour, and even more if you go off the main roads. This book does not intend to prove otherwise. Colombian security has improved leaps and bounds, but if you get yourself in the wrong place at the wrong time (as in any country) things can go awful. Always ask around, and don’t take the roads we took for granted. Some are dangerous.
"The Spanish Biker is for all aspects of motorcycling and their 'aficionados' in Spain. It includes travel advice and guidance, including practical tips of eating and drinking and accommodation, the geography and climate of the Iberian Peninsular (and beyond!) riding hints and tips both on and off-road, listings of sports and events, including biker’s rallies, product news and reviews (especially home produced or what is and is not available while on the road), news updates and a summary of the laws."
A cool place to chill out after a long days ride; have a few drinks, shoot some pool with some friends, grab a light bite to eat or just relax with a great organic coffee. Have a party in the truck, chill in the “Raksi Mobile”, or ride the curves of the bar… Get looked after by our friendly Western and Nepali staff. Raju's Bullet Surgery is right next door, so you can get your bike looked after while relaxing. Not just for Bullet riders, all travellers are welcome.
A Motorcycle-Travelportal to find Tips and Links about motorcycle traveling in Germany or even in Europe. Biker friendly Hotels, campsites, bed and breakfast, ferries etc. You can find many German relevant motorcycle links in this important directory too. A highlight is the extensive Event calendar of motorbike events in Germany.
There's a direct link between the development of small scale factory mills and the development of motorcycles so it seemed perfectly natural to stop at a working flour mill that was constructed in 1790 and "modernized" in the late 19th century to examine the gearing mechanisms.
Map Puerto Rico has been designed for the visitors to the island to help design and a trip of a lifetime. If there's any place tropical that is truly a something for everyone 'wants it all', this beautiful island has it for you and your family! Map Puerto Rico will help you get there for your visit easily and trouble free.
This destination is definitely not for the traveler who likes to visit an entire island in a 3-day vacation, for it would probably take months to experience the extraordinary variety of sights, sports, and sensations packed into Puerto Rico's 3,500 square miles.
