Local Insurance in Africa

Hi all,
I've been wondering what people do in terms of local insurance in Africa if there are going to be two drivers of a 4x4.
I've always sorted it out , with my name on it as the truck is registered to me. My sister does drive it too though.
Should I be putting both of us down (and end up paying twice I suspect)?
Or is the cover for the vehicle and we're both ok to drive?

I'm sure there'd be no point actually trying to claim on a local policy, but I don't want us getting into bother if we do both need it.

Any thoughts?

Happy travels
Sam

Third party insurance cover in Africa is calculated per vehicle, rather than per driver, therefore you will only need one policy for the vehicle.
