worldwide sim card or wifi

Hi
I'm wanting to know if there are any worldwide sim/wifi codes/cards that can be used anywhere in the world.
I'm undertaking a trip, UK to NZ, overland, and if there is a sim/wifi that 'goes anywhere, please can you let me know.
Thanks
Pete

The only thing like that that exists would be a satellite phone. Most people just buy a prepaid sim card as needed

Checkout Airalo. It's a little more expensive than buying local SIMs in each country but it does allow you to download a virtual SIM via wifi so you have data in each country and avoid heavy roaming fees.

Check this out, I am not sure the full details as I have only looked at using it in the UK later this year. But you could email them and see how you stand with multi country hopping

Where are you at? US phone providers (T-Mobile, Verizon, etc) offer unlimited plans with worldwide coverage for ~$60/mo, but they do cut bandwidth to 256k. Enough for maps and WhatsApp and low quality YouTube videos, but not much over it. Card worked pretty much everywhere I have been: Canada, Mexico, Europe, Turkey, Caucas, Qatar, Dubai, Russia, the Stans, Mongolia, India, China.

Holafly does seem like a good option to consider for your trip. Being able to download an eSIM in different countries would make things more convenient than buying separate SIMs each time.

I've switched to a dual-SIM phone. My permanent phone number is with T-Mobile. I can also buy local SIMs to get cheaper calls if I'll be in a country long enough. Friends can all contact my T-Mobile number but I give them the cheaper numbers to use if they want. Online accounts with 2FA have only my permanent number.

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive.
