Having trouble with login? You're logged in on one page and you go to post and you're not logged in?

1. Logged in and then suddenly you're not

Rare, but can happen: LOGOUT on whatever page you ARE logged in on, then on that same page, LOGIN immediately, and then immediately logout AGAIN.

This should clear your HU cookies, and when you login again, you should be fine. Now login, and you're good to go.

2. IF you still have trouble:

FORCE a page Refresh as follow:

Hold down the SHIFT OR CTRL key, and click the refresh button on your browser. Generally Shift works, but sometimes you need to use CTRL. This will get you all the latest version of the web-page, and often solves issues, as we are constantly updating the site as we move forward. Or Force a refresh with any method you're familiar with, e.g. on Macs: Command R

3. IF you are always on the same computer, remember to tick the "Remember Me" box when logging in. Be VERY sure to logout if on another computer to make sure someone can't come along and use your account! That's for ALL and ANY accounts everywhere!

4. If all that doesn't sort any issues, you want to clear your cache.

Firefox: click the menu item Tools, then Clear Recent History, and select Everything and definitely cache and active logins, optionally Cookies.

IE: Tools, Delete Browsing History, and choose at least: Temp internet files and optionally Cookies

Chrome: Tools, Clear Browsing History, and Empty the Cache and optionally Delete Cookies

Safari: Gear icon, Reset Safari, "Remove all website data"
