XT600 2KF Handlebars
Hello all,
I am trying to restore my XT600 2KF to as near original condition as i can, so recently i bought a pair of original handlebars for it, I was surprised when they arrived to see they were gloss black as the risers are satin black, can anyone tell me the correct paint type for both bars and risers please. Bike is an import (possibly Italian) if that makes a difference, many thanks in anticipation Trevor.

2kf handlebars
Hi Crunchy Nut,
Not been here for a while so this may be too late to be of use: Have an original 2kf besides tank and seat covering. Handlebar is gloss, as is front brake lever and run/stop switch. Risers and clutch perch look satin, master cylinder most likely satin. Clutch lever is satin and textured to be low gloss. All parts have the characteristic forward sloping A with D touching save brakes which are Nissin. Your findings would be of interest. Regards, p
