what rims for my xt 600
I have a couple of bent rims on my 1990 xt600e. I would like to buy new ones that are black and lace them up to my hubs. I am having trouble finding a 17" rear rim. Anybody have any suggestions or know if a take off set from another bike would fit right on. It's only street ridden so even some rims and hub assembly off of a street bike with street tires would work. Wonder what my options are. Again it only see's pavement.

hi... check Buchanan's Spoke & Rim, Inc
from there they state that EXCEL makes the 17"x2.50 40 holes for the XT600E. I also got a 1990 XT600E but I am trying to find an Excel supplier in the US that sells that same rim but no luck yet... Vando
