Hi all - seen a few XT's , XR's etc with extra tool storage boxes on the bash plate .
Anyone know where to get one or are they home-made ? Thanks in advance - A |

Touratech do a tool box for a few different bikes, and I remember reading on another post on the HUBB that some use a plastic pipe 100 -125 mm round (drainage pipe?) cut to the length required, with a threaded cap at each end fixed to the front of the bashplate with nylon cable ties -sounds good to me.

What about the leather tool rolls used by many custom bikes held on by leather straps (or nylon if you like). Quite versatile and equally useful on an off-road bike. They can often be picked up at the bike shows for a few pounds.
