Need a few spokes....overtwisted my nipple
My rear wheel had a bunch of loose spokes, so I was going over it, tweaking the nipples until I got them tightened enough to ring. I have a few stubborn ones that won't tighten. I was attempting to turn one of the stubborn ones when the spoke snapped at the nipple.
Where can I get only a few nipples and spokes? Yamaha only sells the complete packages of spokes and nipples for $70 and not singles. That's alot of coin for a single spoke.

hi there try a wheel builder these guys are bound to have a spoke or two spare for a small amount of money .

If anyone has a few spokes and nipples for an 84-89 XT600 I could buy from them , I'd sure appreciate it.
I've hit up several shops and nothing yet.

Just found these people: Central Wheel Components Limited, who will do quantities of 10 from 13GBP galv to 16GBP stainless. I have never dealt with them, so no recommendation, but I am going to give them a ring tomorrow for my own spoke set. Thought it might be of some use to someone.
