Full effect on XT600?

How can I get, my 1993 model XT600, from 25kw to full effect?
It's import from Germany to Norway last year.
I hope someone can help me

By changing the intake rubbers between carb and cylinder head. They have restrictions built-in for the low power version. Look at www.kedo.com, they have the whole range of rubbers, 'ansaugstutzen'.
I think that is the only difference, but a check of the two parts lists of the unthrottled and your version wouldn't hurt.
