Exhaust (again)

I`ve got a chance of a set of stainless pipes that were formerly on a 3TB.Does anyone know if these will fit my latest model XT with no hassle.I`ve only seen photos and they look as if they`ll fit, current cunning plan is to get them polished and maybe get a local exhaust manufacturer to graft one of their Cans on.

Don't know if they'll fit but don't forget that Wunderlich.de has cheap and good SS pipes!

If you buy the correct one it will fit. They have for all types.

Hi Stephen, I have a 3AJ with stainless headers and an arrow Paris Dakar pipe. I think these are all the same fitting as a 1VJ (I could be wrong). The Headers are from Motad, these are more or less an exact copy of standard yamaha headers but in stainless. They were obtained from M&P for 71 pounds (just dicovered this cheap keyboard has'nt got a pound symbol), the Arrow pipe is made to fit the standard header pipe. The PD was from www.bandcexpress.co.uk if you don't have it already.

Sorry about that Stephen, I mean the Paris Dakar exhaust. I've just looked at the M&P catalogue and the headers I refer to are listed under stainless headers not under motad. They only list two XT model (not Tenere) but they are the same part number and they do fit(they are Motad).
