cheap tenere parts in Brazil
hola guys,
I know this is kind out of the way for most of you, but let me tell you in Brazil Yamaha made the Tenere XT600Z for a few years. Like the model 1VJ and 3AJ for the european market. In blue/yellow and white/red. They just call them here 2TY and 2GV or so. all parts are available here, cheap, plastic parts new and cheap, a new painted tank you can get in exchange of yours for 50usd. yesterday I bought a choke cable for under 2usd - not a original yamaha - for my 1VJ for a used bike in very good condition you don´t pay more than 2000 USD. in normal condition around 1200 USD. just if Brazil is on your way, stop in Sao Paulo and have a look yourself Mika rtw on a 1vj tenere since 1999 ------------------
