Carb or electric
Hi there,
I ride my 3tb daily to commute 85% under the rain... I had a weird problem starting it last winter and after 5/ 10 miles in the rain.. The engine stop , I thought it could be one of the electric connection, the fuse , the spark plug ....? Then I realised that the rubber intake between the carb and the cylinder was cracked. I've been told by a yamaha mechanics that unleaded petrol damage the rubber after a while. So I think my problem could also come from there. Any smilar experience under the rain?? Merci... |
