Talking Motor Swap?

Hey guys n gals just thought id introduce myself and ask some questions. my names Sonny I'm 21 an I'm from surrey, b.c. Canada. Ive just started saving up for a trip next year to India. I have some family there so i thought Id travel India for 3 months (I'm Punjabi). Anyways my plan is to rent an Enfield and use that for traveling this time around. However I have this Enfield Taurus sitting at my parents place (in India). Its a diesel an has very little power for such a heavy bike and its damn noisy.... so I was hoping to get your opinion on the dr650 engine and maybe i could swap that motor into the Enfield. I know i would lose that thump but it would have a lot more power and torque and just be a lot more reliable.... and I could find body parts for the Enfield easier in India.... just hoping to get your opinion thanks.... boy thats a long post...ride safe
